Collierville Campus

Set
on 246 acres of unspoiled land bordering the Wolf River in
Collierville, TN, St. George's Collierville is a school where academic
excellence, personal growth, physical fitness, and spiritual
development are woven together into a seamless and superior curriculum.
The educational philosophy of both the middle and upper school
divisions at St. George's Collierville is distinctive because the theme
of "connection" underscores the entire learning process. Connections
across academic subjects, between faculty and students, and with the
greater community are frequently explored.
Grounded in rigorous, college-preparatory academics, the
curriculum helps students understand how ideas intersect between
disciplines. Hands-on learning gives students the critical thinking
skills necessary for college, while an experienced college guidance
counselor helps students find the college that best matches their
interests and aspirations.
The school's holistic approach means that spiritual reflection
and character education is a daily part of the educational experience.
Positive relationships with teachers, peers, and the greater community
are paramount and are made stronger through regular chapel services,
small advisory groups, and community service projects. Students are
encouraged to discover their God-given talents. Caring teachers help
students share and refine their talents so the students can grow in
self-confidence as they connect more deeply with their interests and
skills.
St. George's Collierville opened at its present location in 2002 and serves grades 6-12.
